Minutes of the meeting commenced on the 11 of the 10th month 1851 The Association met according to adjournment, the house being called to order the minutes of the previous meeting

were read. An invitation having been extended to Jonathan Gause to deliver a lecture before the Association being then present gave us an interesting and instructive discourse on the subject of

English Grammar.   On motion adjourned.
